What age recommendations do you have for your sensory kits?

Our sensory kits are designed with various age groups in mind. Our age recommendation is from 3 onwards as our collections contain some small parts. Adult supervision is always recommended 

Do you sell refills for your sensory kits?

Yes, we understand that favourite sensory materials might need replenishing! We do offer refills for many of our popular sensory collection components. Please check our website under the 'Explore The Range' section, or contact us directly for specific refill availability.

What ingredients do you use in your sensory kits?

We prioritise safety and quality in all our products. Our base ingredients are Bi-carb Soda, Citric Acid, Salt, Cornflour, Mica Colouring, Glitter and Lavender Oil in some products. No part of our collections are intended to be consumed. 

Where did the idea for Enchanted Mess start?

Enchanted Mess began with a strong-willed three-year-old who didn't like being told what to do—or how to do it. What he did love was creating, exploring, and getting wonderfully messy.

I found myself searching for activities where there wasn't a right way or a wrong way. I wanted something that allowed him to take the lead, make his own choices, and create stories in his own unique way. At the same time, I wanted opportunities for meaningful conversations that could help extend his thinking, imagination, and confidence.

That's where the idea for Enchanted Mess was born.

Our sensory storytelling collections are designed to spark creativity, curiosity, and open-ended play. Children become the storytellers, using sensory materials and imaginative prompts to create their own adventures.

My favourite parts of each kit is the Parent Extension Card. These gentle prompts help adults connect with their children through conversation, encouraging deeper storytelling, creative thinking, and shared moments of wonder.

What is your process for returns or refunds?
Your satisfaction is important to us. If you encounter an issue with your sensory kit, please email us with a photo of the problem. We'll assess it promptly and can offer a refund or send you a new kit, depending on the situation. Our goal is to ensure you and your child are happy with your Enchanted Mess experience.

How do you send out your sensory kits?
All our sensory kits are handmade to order, which means each one receives personal attention. We dispatch orders via mail, and as they are handmade, please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be prepared before shipping.

What are your delivery options and estimated delivery times?

We offer standard and express shipping Australia-wide, and international delivery. Once dispatched, standard delivery within Australia typically takes 3-7 business days, depending on your location. International delivery times vary. You'll receive a tracking number once your order ships.

Can I track my order once it's been shipped?

Yes, absolutely! Once your Enchanted Mess sensory kit has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation that includes a tracking number.
